Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with main meals or as advised by your health professional.

- Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. - Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
