  • WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men
  • Supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
  • If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use
  • Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional
  • Contains soya bean products and sulfites

Retinyl acetate (vitamin A 900 micrograms retinol equivalents)

Vitamin A is a fat-souble antioxidant required for a large number of biological processes. Vitamin A is found in red meat, eggs and dairy products.

Thiamine nitrate (thiamine, vitamin B1 1.2 mg)

Thiamine (vitamin B1) is a water-soluble nutrient required for converting carbohydrates into energy. Food sources include whole grains, beans, nuts, sunflower seeds, pork and beef.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2)

Riboflavin (vitamijn B2) is a water-soluble vitamin involved in ATP production and the metabolism of many of the other B group vitamins. Food sources include almonds, mushrooms and wild rice. Vitamin B2 supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow.This is harmless and temporary.

Delivery Policy

Healtheshop orders are delivered by PostEx nationwide. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from your order date. Upon placement of your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email once your order has been packed and shipped.

Orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on your delivery location. Please refer to the delivery timeframe displayed on your PostEx tracking email for the most accurate delivery time, and contact us at care@healtheshop.com.pk if you have still not received your parcel after the timeframe displayed.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders above Rs.2500 with standard shipping. If you would like to use express shipping there will be an extra charge.

For orders under Rs.2500 we charge a standard Rs.250 delivery fee.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations can only occur before the order is in our warehouse packing process, which generally happens not long after an order is placed. We can verify the order status with you, however, we will not be able to provide a cancellation refund if an order is already in progress.

If you still decide you don’t want the product anymore after you have received your order, please refer to the Return Policy and return the goods to us within the policy period, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the refund.

Return And Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
This excludes products on special discount, clearance sale or other promotional offers.
The following conditions need to be met for eligibility for return or exchange:

  • Goods have to be in original and un-opened packaging, seals in-tact and un-tampered.
  • Original receipt to be provided as valid proof of purchase.
  • The exchange or return has to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Product return courier has to be organised and cost covered by the sender at their own expense.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Please contact us on our email care@healthseshop.com.pk  with the details of the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please share your order number in the subject line and include the invoice as proof of purchase.

2. Pack the goods adequately in a box to protect the packaging from any damage
during shipping. Courier the product to our office address (Healtheshop, 82/2 21 st Street Khayaban-e-Rahat Ph 6, DHA, Karachi 75500)

3. Make sure to include the invoice with the returned goods.

4. Our teams will process the return within 3 working days of receiving the goods and you will receive a confirmation email requesting details for your online bank account to make the refund payment.
